Ingredients: SAT50 (TRUFFLE SAUCE 50 g): Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, Summer Truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring. OLB55 (EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL DRESSING WHITE TRUFFLE FLAVOUR 55 ml): Extra virgin olive oil 99%, flavouring. PTB45 (PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM 45 g): Porcini mushrooms 58.5 % (Boletus edulis and rel. group), extra virgin olive oil, flavouring, salt, white Truffle 0,5% (Tuber magnatum Pico) PPT45 (Specialty based on Parmigiano Reggiano and Bianchetto Truffle 45 g): CREAM, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 5% (MILK, salt, rennet), corn starch, Bianchetto Truffle 3% (Tuber borchii Vitt.), salt, flavorings. Acidifying: lactic acid. MILK origin: Italy.

The products part of this box have different best before dates according to the food type. The date behind the box refers to the product with the shorter shelf life.
PPT45 (Specialty based on Parmigiano Reggiano and Bianchetto Truffle): once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 3 days. The other sauces: once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days.
