Taking inspiration from one of the most popular recipes of Roman cuisine, here's the Cacio, Pepper and Truffle cream - its soft and rich flavour will take your pasta to the next level!
Made with Pecorino Romano PDO, pepper and summer truffle which gives a special final touch to a classic recipe from the Italian culinary tradition.

COOKING SUGGESTIONS
- Warm bread or croutons
- Pasta - especially for spaghetti, pici, fettuccine, gnocchi
When making pasta, we suggest to use around 35-40 g of cream per person and to warm it up a little in a pan together with cooked pasta.

 

Name: Cacio, Pepper and Truffle cream (CPT - 80 g). Ingredients: CREAM, Pecorino Romano PDO 31,7% (sheep's MILK, salt, lamb's rennet, lactic starter), whole MILK, Summer truffle 2% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), BUTTER, pepper 0,5%, flavouring, corn starch. MILK origin: Italy. Allergens: MILK . GLUTEN FREE.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 6 days.
