Return Process

Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Verification and Photos
For perishable food items or damaged jars, please attach clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us process your claim.
- 3.Packaging and Shipping
Once authorized, place the items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the products back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a full refund or replacement will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
