GARLIC, CHILLI & TRUFFLE POWDER

Variant of the classic and multi-awarded Giuliano Tartufi Truffle Powder®, an amazing combination of dried black truffle, garlic and chilli pepper in a powder dressing.
Extremely versatile and easy to use, super tasty: with a simple touch it allows you to give a unique flavour to any recipes.

Perfect on pasta, grilled meat, grilled vegetable, potatoes, fried dishes in general - try it also on french fries and popcorn!

We suggest to use a light sprinkle of it during cooking or directly onto the dish when ready.

Name: GARLIC, CHILLI & TRUFFLE POWDER - Seasoning based on garlic, chilli and summer truffle in powder (SPT30A/100A, 30-100 g). Ingredients: Rice flour, potato starch, trehalose, dried summer truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, garlic 2,5%, chilli 2%, parsley, paprika, natural flavouring, flavouring. KEEP IN A COOL AND DRY PLACE, AWAY FROM LIGHT AND HEAT.
