CARNAROLI RICE WITH SUMMER TRUFFLE

This rice comes from the combination of two high-quality ingredients: Carnaroli rice and summer truffle. Carnaroli rice is a classic of the Italian culinary tradition, its pearly color and elongated shape perfectly absorb condiments, sauces, butter and does not overcook. 
This Carnaroli rice with summer truffle is very easy to use and is perfect for making tasty "risotto" and gourmet dishes.

Vacuum packed to preserve all the nutrients, freshness and flavor of freshly harvested rice.

COOKING SUGGESTIONS:
Boil the Carnaroli rice with summer truffle in plentiful salty water, drain and finish cooking in a pan. Complete it by adding some butter, Parmigiano Reggiano and some Summer truffle slices for a special final touch.
